Digital Pathology and AI

Diagnostic Medicine

- Objective: publishing a research paper presenting successful models of integrated diagnostics
Corporate Social Responsibility

Networking Teams
PNPL’s networking teams provide peer-to-peer forums for Members and Panelists. These committees share challenges and exchange best practices. Each session includes a tailored presentation by an industry expert, followed by a roundtable discussion.
Practice Leadership Council
- C-Suite executives from geographically diverse practices meet bimonthly to exchange ideas and develop creative solutions
- Topics range from Recruitment and Retention to Billing Issues and Hospital Negotiations
CFOs & RCM Directors
- Networking of Financial Officers and RCM Directors
- Topics include Data Analytics, Benchmarking KPIs, Third Party Strategies, and Incentives and Penalties for Billing Performance
Compliance Officers
- Quarterly meetings to discuss current compliance issues and share documents, presentations, and templates
- Topics include Cybersecurity, Surprise Billing, and HIPAA
Pathologists’ Assistants in Nontraditional Roles
- Chaired by PNPL Technical Director, Heather Gaburo, who was selected as one of ASCP’s “40 Under Forty” honorees in 2022
- Discussions focus on the contribution and value that PathAs provide in nontraditional roles
